This spacious cottage sleeping eight people has been lovingly modernised to create an ideal holiday home for families and friends to stay in. Floored throughout using Jerusalem limestone, Groom’s is heated using an eco-friendly Ground Source Heat Pump that can be adjusted room by room.

Living Area

Large dining area with seating for 8 people.
Open kitchen with twin range cooker, granite worktops and knobs, microwave, and fully furnished cupboards.
Sitting room with sofa seating for 8, wood burner (wood provided free).
Patio doors lead out into an enormous walled garden with patio area with seating for 8, lawn, fruit trees and well-stocked borders.

Bedrooms

Groom’s has two double bedrooms, both en-suite and two twin bedded bedrooms. Both doubles feature solid wood double bed frames. All bedrooms have wardrobe and drawer space, and mirrors.

The master en-suite has beautiful converted barn door windows overlooking the courtyard gardens whilst the other three bedrooms all overlook the private rear garden.

Bathrooms

Both of the en-suite bathrooms have been tiled with shell travertine tiles. The master bedroom en-suite is large with a walk in shower and beautiful freestanding cast iron bath. Bedroom two has an en-suite shower room.

In addition there is a large family bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding bath. All bathrooms have oak sink units with travertine sinks and modern chrome taps.

Dogs

Jack’s is a dog friendly holiday let. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a fee of £15 per dog per week.

Dog beds can be provided.

Groom’s can be extended via a secure door into Jack’s cottage to create space for 10.
