This smaller cottage is the perfect size for a couple, sleeping 2 people. It has been lovingly renovated to create an open plan space perfect for your holiday.
Jack’s is all on one level making it suitable for a range of different visitors.
Floored throughout using Jerusalem limestone, Jack’s is heated using an eco-friendly Ground Source Heat Pump that can be adjusted room by room.
Living Area
- Front door leading out into courtyard.
- Lounge/ Dining area with sofa suite and dining table.
- Open kitchen with cooker, granite worktops and knobs, microwave, and fully furnished cupboards.
Bedroom
Jack’s has a double bedroom containing a solid oak antique double bed frame, wardrobe and drawer space, and full-length mirror. The window looks out onto the beautiful courtyard gardens.
Bathroom
The adjacent bathroom is tiled with shell travertine tiles and boasts a freestanding bath with shower over, and an oak sink unit with travertine sink and modern chrome taps.
Outside
Jack’s has the use of the beautiful courtyard gardens at the front.
Dogs
Jack’s is a dog friendly holiday let. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a fee of £15 per dog per week. Dog beds can be provided.
Jack’s can be extended via a secure door into Groom’s cottage to create space for 10.
Jack’s cottage was renovated in memory of Jack Hoyle; much loved and missed Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Jack was a Coldstream Guard from the North East and without him the project would not have been possible.
